For check-in it is necessary to show a validated identity card. We accept passports or photo ID. Management may request additional information from clientsif they deem it appropriate. Persons under 18 must provide written permission to travel with an adult chaperone, parent or guardian. Unaccompanied minors are not accepted.
You will receive your key card at check-in, and you must hand your key card to the reception upon departure. In case of lost or non-return of the card, there will be a charge … for the issuance of a new card.

In accordance with Greek legislation and for the comfort and safety of our customers, an anti-smoking policy is in force in all areas. In case of non-compliance with the regulation, any violator will be required to pay a fine to clean up the premises as required by law.
OWNER’S RIGHTS
We reserve the right to deny entry to any customer or guest who, in the judgment of staff or management, endangers the comfort or safety of other ΛΝΛSSΛ BUTIK LIVING customers or staff, regardless of the outcome of a claim for compensation. We reserve the right to enter rooms in emergency situations to safeguard property rights and to take any actions deemed necessary. We also have the right to take the necessary actions to restore order in the event that the behaviour of any guest is unacceptable or the rules of the accommodation are violated. We have the right to prohibit guests from staying on our premises and to take all necessary actions, including terminating the stay and notifying the government authorities, in the event that a recommendation is repeatedly made to the guest or in response to serious violations, regardless of the outcome of a request for compensation
